Why do you wish to join the guild?

The Raid Leader decides to sit you out for an encounter as he feels he needs a different class in to balance the encounter, however you was also asked to sit-out last time how do you react ?

You have been wiping on an encounter for almost 2 hours now using same tactics raid leader started with without making hardly any progress how do you react ?

You make a silly mistake on a boss encounter and one of the guild members point it out in a manner that is uncalled for what do you do ?
